bathroom.

the second floor you have a premium ocean view room with two queen-size beds, a

the ground floor are our two water-view premium bedrooms featuring king-size
beds, full marble bathrooms, shared kitchenette, walk-in closets and private
patios. These two bedrooms have direct access to the garden, beach and swimming
pool areas.

Villa's garden apartment is fully equipped with its own complete kitchen, king

shopping as everything can be arranged so that the villa is fully stocked with
your favorite foods and drinks, allowing you to relax from the minute you walk
in the doors. The villa is always stocked with soft drinks, wine, beer,
champagne, liqueur, and juice.
You can choose from a great selection of day menus
that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Unless otherwise
requested, breakfast and lunch are served buffet style and there is a delicious snack menu for
the little hunger inbetween.

Even
though its tempting to just immerse yourself in total relaxation and not
venture outside from this stunning villa, the staff is always happy to arrange

dolphins, trips to Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Chicen Itza or any
of the incredible parks such as Xcaret or Xel ha and much more, or, if you want
it ‘sealed and signed’ by the time you arrive, let us know the details and we

Private transportation to and from the airport to
the villa can be arranged at an additional charge.
The stunning private location of the beach villa
naturally offers itself as an exclusive and exciting venue for weddings,
renewal of vows, other social events or as a small business retreat. The
minimum stay is 3 days and the villa has a capacity to accommodate up to 120
guests.
